Ana Costa is the founder and design director of AC|D, working between interior design and ephemeral design. She treats concept as the first material — the thing shaped before any surface — and follows one interest across every field: memory, identity, atmosphere and transformation.
Method
Meaning before form.
The work begins with a reading, not a sketch — a place studied until it yields a single idea. Design then becomes editing: what answers the idea stays; what does not is removed.
